I have no method. But I can listen carefully and I'll help you listen to yourself.
I can give you some hints on how you can develop each of the musicianship skills I assume important: rhythmic awareness, creative and critic spirit, ear training, harmonic phrasing, air flow, choice of repertoire, memorization, body balance, mind setup and practicing techniques.
