Principal Clarinet, Hong Kong Philharmonic 34 years. Have been teaching for 40 years in MasterClasses and Academies around the world.
Knowledge gained but not shared is wasted. I would like to share all the solutions to the problems I have encountered with my playing over my 40 year professional career. I'm interested in inspiring young people. I created Andy's Licorice Talk featuring many teaching videos, interviews with the most influential clarinetists, world premieres, and videos featuring the beauty of Hong Kong during Covid to inspire and be inspired! For orchestra auditions, I have played the excerpts as much as anybody and been on countless audition panels. Allow me to share my experiences with you!
