I have been teaching for 16 years, combining the insights I received from some of the best teachers in the world to my own experience.
I believe it is essential for a teacher to nurture his student's love for music and for the cello. Therefore, I thrive to adapt to each individual student. It is up to you if you want to play classical pieces, film music, pop, or anything else you like. It is up to you if you would rather play by ear than from the music sheet. It is also up to you how much (or little) you can practice. My aim is to help you play better what you want to be playing with the time you have.
To accomplish that, I will help you organize your playing, understand the mechanics of playing the cello, and refine your listening and sense of rhythm.
