Hey, my name is Mihai Badita and i am co-principal clarinet of the “Ion Dumitrescu” philharmonic, Romania.
I am a MERITO Teacher award winner in 2019 and PhD profesor on music/interpretation ergonomics at the National Music University in Bucharest.
“Born in 1987 in Sibiu, Romania where he begins his clarinet studies. He continues at National Music University Bucharest, Romania and later on at the prestigious Malmö Academy of Music, Sweden. During his studies becomes 2 times winner of the Malmqvist Stipendium, and the same amount of times of the Anders Sandrews Stiftelse.
Mihai is an activ member of several important music ansambles: Orfeo 33, Clarino, Ars Nova, Sonomania, and as well colaborattes with important orchestras: Helsingborg Symphony, Turku philharmonic orchestra, G. Enescu Phillharmonic, Sibiu State Filarmonic.
Since 2014 becomes clarinet and chamber music teacher of Sibiu Arts College in Sibiu, Romania.
As an active and ambitious soloist, in June 2016, Mihai wins a special grant from IAI (International Art Institute) for his activity and performances in music.”
