ABOUT ME & MY MUSICAL LIFE:
I studied harp with Giselle Herbert (Germany) and Stephen Fitzpatrick (Mozarteum Salzburg) and joined the orchestral academy of the State Opera Berlin 2009-11.
Over the past years I played concerts with some of the most established orchestras in Europe, such as the Gewandhaus Orchester Leipzig and the City of Birmingham Orchestra under the baton of conductors like Andris Nelsons, Sir Simon Rattle and Daniel Barenboim.
I joined music festivals at the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, the Hong Kong Arts Festival and others.
As a soloist and chamber musician I'm playing recitals and concerts in Berlin and all over Germany.
Together with my boyfriend from Venezuela I'm working on a concert project with music exclusively from Latin America. I arrange music for the pedal harp and I play a little guitar and percussion instruments.
I live in Kiel in the north of Germany.
ABOUT MY TEACHING:
I've been teaching harp players of every level, kids, grown ups, also online for a very long time.
I'm in love with music, passionate about sharing my knowledge, creativity and energy with people who fell in love with music, too.
FOR BEGINNERS:
My focus is to find personal goals, instruct my students with a solid technique on the lever or concert harp in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
I teach basics of rhythm & reading music joyfully and I respond to different kinds of learners.
FOR INTERMEDIATE AND PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS:
I'm offering a big knowledge of harp repertoire and musical genres and will find the music with you, that you want to perform on the harp.
There's so much more music that we can play on the harp than we know!
I'm also offering training for competitions and auditions.
